RETURNS
International customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn and in their original condition
All original tags must remain attached
Items must not show signs of use, washing, alterations or damage
Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs, taxes and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Original shipping costs, duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Due to international shipping processes, we currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.
Customers may return an eligible item and place a new order for the desired piece.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item presents a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team within 90 days of receiving your order.
After inspection, we will offer:
